School coexistence is the responsibility of the entire educational community. This is why students, teachers and parents play a fundamental role in both prevention and promotion.
Timely attention to coexistence situations is possible thanks to procedures and protocols defined in the Coexistence Manual.
In addition, there is permanent support from the psychologists of the School Support Unit (Unidad de Apoyo Escolar, UAE). Teachers receive continuous training to develop and promote skills such as self-regulation, cooperation, mediation and conflict resolution, assertive communication and empathy.
