BACCALAUREATE (7th to 12th)

The academic programme offered from 7th grade onwards aims to continue to strengthen students' autonomy as well as academic quality,

the development of habits, work discipline and the opportunity to explore and broaden their cognitive, personal and social competences and personal interests, through a curricular structure (in-depth levels in mathematics, German, Spanish, English, choice of priority and complementary subjects as part of the Matura programme, elaboration of a monographic work whose topic and tutor are chosen by the student), and a series of pedagogical activities and programmes such as:

  • Language stay during the first semester of the 10th grade school year, which consists of an immersion in European culture, as you will be hosted by a host family and attend a local educational institution.

  • Economic week in 11th grade, consisting of a teaching programme oriented towards business administration, led by a Swiss foundation whose methodology is based on a business simulation supported by the integration of ICT. 
  • Internship week in 11th grade, the purpose of which is to directly approach the working environment, in order to get to know professions and professionals in different sectors of the public and private productive environment.

In addition, complementary activities are offered that fulfil their formative function in academic, social and sporting activities such as the Model United Nations, the Mathematics and Astronomy Olympiads, environmental meetings, participation in the UNCOLI, the Night of the Artists, etc.

Throughout the school year, institutional activities are programmed to break the daily routine and encourage greater community integration. Finally, a sense of belonging is stimulated through activities such as Project Week, Green Week and Cultural Week.
